It does not \u003cbr\u003ebleach wood that has turned yellow and\/or gray \u003cbr\u003efrom UV damage. To remove UV-damaged wood \u003cbr\u003efibers, start with Sashco’s CPR® Oxygenated \u003cbr\u003eBleach Wood Cleaner and Brightener. You will \u003cbr\u003elikely have to follow with abrasives (sanding or \u003cbr\u003emedia blasting). Do not use CPR on high-tannin \u003cbr\u003ewoods like Redwood or Cedar. Remove any loose debris from surfaces. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e2\u003c\/strong\u003e. Wet down surfaces and any nearby plants with \u003cbr\u003eclean water. If there’s any concern about sensitive \u003cbr\u003eplant life, cover those plants with tarps. In general, \u003cbr\u003eTimberBright is plant-safe when thoroughly \u003cbr\u003erinsed, but sensitive plants should be protected \u003cbr\u003eahead of time.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e3\u003c\/strong\u003e. Apply the cleaner from bottom to top in an \u003cbr\u003eeven coat using a brush or spray nozzle. Allow \u003cbr\u003ethe cleaner to dwell for at least 5 minutes but not \u003cbr\u003elonger than 20 minutes. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e4\u003c\/strong\u003e. For stubborn areas, scrub in the longitudinal \u003cbr\u003edirection of the wood grain using an RV softwash \u003cbr\u003ebrush or similar until the surface is clean. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e5\u003c\/strong\u003e. Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom with \u003cbr\u003eclean water. Warm water is best and will be more \u003cbr\u003eeffective but is not required. Rinse plants, as well, \u003cbr\u003ein the case of overspray.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e6.\u003c\/strong\u003e Allow wood to thoroughly dry a minimum of \u003cbr\u003e24–48 hours before applying any coatings, stains, \u003cbr\u003eor other products.
